The Town is in the process of re-writing its own
ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS

The Town Council has selected 5 people to serve as members of the ERM Regulations Stakeholder Group:

(1)  Bill Gurney
(2)  Elise Ryan
(3)  Jim Rockett
(4)  Nancy-Fried Tobin
(5)  Bridgette Geselle

This group has been selected to assist with the re-draft of the Environmental Regulations as presented by the consultants of Calvin, Giordano & Associates.  The 2nd draft has been completed which includes the comments and suggested edits as communicated at the May 16, 2009 ERM Regulations Workshop.  In addition to the members of the stakeholder group, all public comments and suggestions are welcomed and will be considered when drafting the regulations.
