Palm Beach County Business Tax Receipt Information:

Palm Beach County reviews all Business Tax Receipt Applications on behalf of the Town of Loxahatchee Groves.  The Town Code Enforcement is the final signature of approval for any new applications for a Business Tax Receipt. 

No business tax receipt shall be issued until applicable county and state laws are complied with including, but not limited to, building, zoning, construction industry licensing, fire control and health.
