 PREVIOUS BIDS AWARDED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL:

RFQ 2009-001 (Re-write and adoption of the Town's Environmental Regulations).  The contract was awarded to Calvin, Giordano & Associates.

RFQ 2009-002 (Re-write and adoption the of the Town's entire Land Development Regulations with the exception of the Environmental Regulations).  The contract was awarded to The Mellgren Planning Group.

RFP 2009-003 (Town Management Services).  The contract was awarded to Frank R. Spence.  The Town's present Management firm, New Community Strategies, will be continuing to manage the Town until September 30, 2009.  Mr. Spence and his management team contractual obligation will begin October 1, 2009.

RFP 2009-005 (Special Magistrate Services).  The contract was awarded to Vance, Doney & MacGibbon, P.A..  Simon & Schmidt and Thomas J. Baird, Esquire were awarded the alternates to be used as back-up. 

RFP 2009-006 (Audit Services).  The contract was awarded to Nowlen, Holt & Miner P.A..
