The Town Council of Loxahatchee Groves approved Ordinance 2008-006 which adopted
their Comprehensive Plan.  This was transmitted to the Florida D.C.A. for review and on April 15, 2009 the D.C.A. found the Plan in compliance and issued its Notice of Inent. On May 6, 2009, a petition was filed challenging the Florida D.C.A.'s decision to find the Town's Comprehensive Plan in compliance
