ALL BUILDING PERMITS ARE ISSUED THROUGH PALM BEACH COUNTY.
Prior to submitting a building permit application to Palm Beach County, all plans must now be submitted to the Loxahatchee Groves Town Office for site plan review. The Town will require 1 complete sets of plans, as well as a digital set that will be kept for the Town use. This is separate and apart from any plan requirements, (usually 2 sets of complete plans) from Palm Beach County.
Municipal Lien Searches: The Town provides information relating to violations of code enforcement. There is a $20 fee. If the original documents are to be returned,a self addressed postage paid envelope must be included with the request. Otherwise, we will fax or email back the results. Please make checks payable to: Town of Loxahatchee Groves and mail to: 14579 Southern Blvd #2, Loxahatchee, FL 33470. Any other lien information needed would be provided by Palm Beach County.

Without the Town Manamer's signature, the county will send all applicants back to the town office.
