Planning, Zoning, Building and Land Development Information

The Town of Loxahatchee Groves has an Inter-local Agreement with Palm Beach County to handle ALL Planning, Zoning and Building matters (this includes all permitting and business tax licenses as well.)

Municipal Lien Searches:  The Town can provide information relating to recording or pending liens and any violations related to code enforcement.  Any other additional lien information needed would be providing by Palm Beach County tax collector's office.  There is a $10.00 fee the would need to be paid prior to the Town fulfilling the municipal lien request.
